Wow, I’ve been coming here (Big Feet North Surrey) for nearly 4 years now.. my family is always here for foot massages right before they close and helps us sleep so well at night. The practitioner gives amazing feet and body massages! She has strong hands for a girl. She’s so kind and understanding. My shoulders, neck and back were aching and full of tension. She helped me release the tension and I felt so relaxed. If you guys haven’t given this place a try , you are missing out! The whole Team is awesome! Thank you everyone ! 😊
If you’re looking for a great neighbourhood massage parlour on Hastings, this is a great place to go. As someone who’s skeptical about the value of massages, I was so surprised by how soothing and relaxing it felt. The workers there are very friendly and I was very satisfied with the customer experience. I’ll definitely recommend this place to my friends and co-workers.
Port Coquitlam Store Front desk – excellent service and communication. I like that there is an online appointment system. It’s a no frills, simple foot massage, overall, a good value. I like that they use Vaseline instead of essential oils, since fragrance can be overpowering and some may be allergic. My only critique is that I wish the foot reflexologist would communicate before they move onto my legs. I was suddenly surprised by a pounding against my calves after the foot massage. When I told her I didn’t need it, of course she stopped.

I honestly love the Big Feet franchise but the Port Moody location is my favorite by far. I have been here multiple times and am never disappointed with the service I get. All of their staff are incredibly knowledgeable and I end up feeling like bubble wrap when I’m there because they just pop all the knots that I have in my body. You can’t beat their prices especially with how great the service is. I have recommend this big feet to 5 friends now who have all gone and had nothing but good things to say about this place. Can’t wait to book another appointment
This is the first time I’ve been to this location – Royal Oak Burnaby. I got a very good massage from the owner, she is very knowledgeable about body parts. She knows about all the pain I have and she fixed me. I felt so much better after the massage. I highly recommend going here.
Just arrived at WhiteRock last night, and I was walking around until I found this place this morning. I had a good body massage which they called “acupressure”. Pretty relaxed and they make me feel comfortable because they DON’T ASK for a certain amount of tips. I have been to many massage stores in Downtown Vancouver, people there ASK me for a certain amount of tips and they don’t even do their jobs well! I felt completely different in this store, I’ll definitely come back for the next time! Good service and keep it!
