My name is Susan, manager of Big Feet’s Port Moody branch. It’s been more than 7 years since our grand opening in August 2015. We are conveniently located in Tri-City, close to Skytrain with plenty of free roadside parking and parking at back. At our well renovated facility, we can offer services to more than 15 clients simultaneously. And two double rooms.Because of our professionalism, affordability and excellent customer care, we serve over 20,000 clients from many different cultural backgrounds each year.
Each and every practitioner is professional, caring and diligent and treats customer satisfaction as priority one, always. Our objective is to offload your stress and reload you with relaxation and happiness. We are becoming more and more clients’ choice for social, party and casual business meetings. “Meeting at Big Feet” has become a default for many for various kinds of occasions. Big Feet Port Moody store opened in August 2015. Over the past seven years, a group of outstanding therapists Amanda, Allen Julio, Lilian, Sheena, and Emma ,victor,virginir, over 20 full time and part time massage therapist.we have been providing professional, thoughtful and dedicated service to every customer, releasing stress and bringing good mood. Our customers become loyal returning customers regardless of age and ethnicity, they come to Big Feet to enjoy comfortable service because what we have: good therapists! In 2022, we celebrated the 7th anniversary of Big Feet Port Moody, and we also encountered severe challenges from the COVID-19. In order to deal with the pandemic and ensure the safety of customers and therapists, we strictly follow the epidemic prevention regulations formulated by the government and Big Feet headquarter. Our procedure is: collecting information for every customer, using an infrared sensor thermometer to measure body temperature, and providing free masks, and carefully disinfecting every massage table and chair. Our front desk and therapists will try their best to provide the most considerate, safest and best quality service to our customers. It is our eternal goal to satisfy every customer!
