My name is Joanna, manager of Big Feet’s 15th branch. We are located on Richmond’s busy Cambie Road and we are able to provide services to more than 10 clients at the same time at our clean and elegantly renovated facility. We open every day and you do not need to worry about parking at all when visiting us. We are a relatively young branch (2.5 years) but we have a deep understanding of Big Feet’s principles: continuous improvement, excellent service, social responsibilities, market reputation and operational excellence.
All our practitioners received comprehensive training both theory and practice. They have been bettering themselves as professional day in and day out. Customer satisfaction is our priority one! A JOB JUST LIKE I HOPED!
My name is Jean and I have been working at Big Feet’s Cambie branch for 3 months (after attending the July 2019 training program). I find all my co-workers and the branch manager very nice and helpful. I have been making progress every single day and I feel really good about that. The colleagues help each other and share their own work related experiences all the time, we are just like a family! Every time when I see clients leave our place with smiles on their faces, I have a strong sense of accomplishment. I wish to thank Shirley for giving me the opportunity to learn, to practice and to work with very friendly fellow therapists. I will continue to improve all the important skills including customer care among others, strive to earn recognition and repeated customers. I feel hopeful that with this job I will realize my dream to own a place of my own!
