My name is William, manager of Big Feet’s Granville branch. Believe or not, we are the very first Big Feet shop established 20 years ago by founder Shirley Shaw. We are located in a community only 10 minutes away from downtown Vancouver and Vancouver International Airport. We can serve more than 10 clients at the same time and we offer high quality body massage (acupressure deep tissue massage), foot massage (reflexology) and acupuncture services, the Big Feet style! We have a good number of highly experienced practitioners, some of them already worked for Big Feet for more than 10 years representing and defining Big Feet standard. To experience the best reflexology service, we are THE place to visit. We are open every day and you are always welcome!

We love our jobs, we have fun!

During the Christmas holiday season in 2016, the Granville branch organized a company one day trip to Whistler, BC – the well known ski resort in the world. It’s actually quite difficult to undertake something like this given the nature of our business (open every day throughout the year). We all enjoyed the trip so much as for some of us it’s the very first time to have fun like this even after living and working in Canada for years. What a wonderful day off with colleagues in the beautiful winter wonderland!

Although it’s just a short day, we feel so relaxed and recharged and we returned to work with even more enthusiasm as we know we can only reward ourselves like this when we make all of our clients satisfied. Team go team!
