Surprisingly good. Much cleaner than than foot spas around and staff actually have energy here to do the massage at same price as others place. I thought they did very good job. Quiet place and has enough parking. Spa music not too loud and massage furniture in good condition. It is a great spa you should go. You will never forget how amazing it is.

Yaco was my massage therapist. She was very good with her hands and helped me work out some knots. The room was warm, quiet, and relaxing.
The owner of this location also treated us extremely well – which I thought was fantastic – some people don’t treat Groupon holders very nicely.

I have visited this location on more than one occasion and have always been satisfied with my experience. My most recent visit was on the evening of October 19. I phoned ahead to book two foot reflexology appointments and my times were accommodated without issue. My colleague and I were paired with Susan and Lina who provided foot reflexology massages which were nothing short of wonderful. It was a nice touch to be offered a 10 minute shoulder/neck massage; something that is not offered at different Big Feet locations. This particular location also has a special (buy 10 foot massages and get 2 free), which is something I might have to come back for. I have had Susan many times and she is always consistent with her massages. I am always a happy customer after my time at this Big Feet location. Thank you!

Very consistent and skilled reflexologists here. I never had to request anyone in particular because they are all great. Price is also fair and If you come often, the best deal is to purchase their 10 massages bundle when they have special offers.

Came here a couple weeks ago and I was very pleased by my experience! My masseuse was super professional and did a great job. I wish I got her name as I will definitely be back and hopefully get the same masseuse again!

This is hands down my favorite spot to go to for a foot massage locally. The quality of service has been consistently great even though I’ve had my feet massaged by about a dozen or so different people here. Easy to book an appointment, even for the same day. I’ve highly recommended this place to other friends and family and they all seems to enjoy it as well.

Great place for a massage. I have been coming for the last year.
I always ask them to change the amount of strength which they usually happily accommodate.
In one instance they were unable to accommodate and had another person help which was great.
They get busy easily so appointments are recommended as they get quite busy.

Came into the clinic last minute with my partner. We were in the area and decided to walk in. They got us in very quickly. I got a back acupressure massage. My therapist was a very caring practitioner, while addressing my back concerns. I loved how they used Chinese meridian theory to treat my body, it was extremely effective. Pressure was great, room was clean. Will be back.

I make a special point of coming here for reflexology whenever I am in the area. Always leave with happy feet from the great practitioners with strong hands. Very reasonable price. It’s not a peaceful spa like experience, but if you know that going in and are looking for a good foot massage for under $40, this is your place. Very happy they’ve opened a location closer to me in Victoria as well.
